Partnerships

 

 SOUL Interns are connecting their classroom experiences with their projects at SOUL. By partnering with SOUL you are engaging partnership between students and university community as they cultivate critical and creative thought 

WHY BECOME A REGISTERED SOUL PARTNER?

Becoming a registered partner with SOUL signifies that your organization by partnering with SOUL offers quality engagement opportunities to students.  Students as well as their professors, know that your organization offers  a safe environment at which to volunteer and that your mission and aims are in alignment  with the highest standards. Registered partners also play a part in helping students develop marketable skills.

SOUL Service

SOUL Service is solely for student organizations registered with SOUL to volunteer for an entire academic year. All organizations must have a point-of-contact who will communicate with SOUL and your volunteers.  SOUL PR Specialist is responsible for creating the partnership and the point-of-contact for SOUL.

  • Must be a registered student organization through Student Involvement. 

  • Must participate in monthly volunteer service or partner with one of our programs. 

  • The point of contact must participate in formal site visit. 

  • Complete the SOUL Service partnership agreement. 

  • Agree to partner for one full academic year.

  • Give one yearly presentation.  

  • Must get permission to use SOUL branding for social media. 

  • Must use SOUL google from to track all volunteer hours. 

  • Must return all tools after use. 

  • Must abide by all SOUL land use agreement.

  • Participate in student impact data study.  

SOUL Benefactor

SOUL Benefactor is solely for those who donate funds or in-kind over $100 in value. All SOUL Benefactors will be recognized on our website and will receive the exclusive SOUL Benefactor pin as appreciation.

​​​SOUL Contributor

SOUL Contributors are solely for those who register with SOUL in order to promote SOUL activities via speaker series events, social media, blogging and by writing articles. All SOUL Contributors must ask for permission to use SOUL Branding. All SOUL Contributors must register with SOUL by filling out the google form and abiding by our branding rules.

Partnership: A Three-Step Process


1. Register with SOUL

Fill out the required fields and submit your application. SOUL PR Specialist will review your application and contact you. A response to your application can take from 1 to 2 weeks depending on the time of year.

2. Submission of Agreement via google form
Upon application approval we will require the submission of our SOUL Agreement outlining the terms of partnership.

3. Official Partner
After you have submitted a completed agreement. your organization will become an official partner. We will need your logo to add to our website.
